    3. Appending such data elements to completed client surveys and delivering the appended survey data to clients of the Third Party MR Company(ies) for analytical or research purposes; and

    If you are eligible for a client survey opportunity offered through a Third Party MR Company, the Third Party MR Company will provide your unique identification number and a survey link to us and we will invite you to participate in the client survey through a router link, a survey wall or by email alert you subscribed to. We will not share your name or phone number with the Third Party MR Companies. In connection with the sharing of your information with a Third Party MR Company, your information may be transferred and stored outside of your country of residence, including, without limitation, in the United States, and by agreeing to this privacy policy you are agreeing to the processing and exportation of your personal information as set forth in this Section.

In compliance with the GDPR regulation, effective from May 25, 2018, Enlignesurvey hereby confirms upon the data privacy, security & transparency commitment, the company offers to all its customers. We have an up-to-date Data Processing Agreement in place that elucidates our approach towards GDPR. We acknowledge that the GDPR will help us adopt the highest operational standards and will thereby facilitate to protect customer data in the best way possible.

  29. We will protect the confidentiality of your information in accordance with our normal data handling procedures and all legal requirements. We will not use it for any purposes other than those which are set out in the surveys and in this Notice. In addition to our ongoing commitment to meet the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as members of the MRS, we abide by their Code of Conduct and take the processing of data very seriously. We are committed to keeping personal data secure and take all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse or alteration. Only authorised Enlignesurvey employees and contractors or partners carrying out authorised business functions are allowed to access data or databases held by us. All of our data and servers are located in the USA, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.

    • You have a relationship with our client and they have provided us with your details for the purpose of conducting this research survey; The legal basis for Enlignesurvey to process data will vary on a project by project basis, but will usually be.
    • Informed consent of the data subject e.g. agreeing to be contacted for market research purposes
    • Legitimate interests of the client in contacting relevant organisations in order to achieve a representative and sufficiently large sample for the purposes of the survey

    Survey results will usually be reported back to our clients in an anonymised format. If the client wishes to see personal data that we have collected during the survey, we will ask for specific consent for this at the end of the survey. The information we collect will never be sold on to third parties or for any other purpose than detailed in the survey.

    We may share your data with a third party purely for the purpose of delivering market research services we cannot provide ourselves. We will have a contract in place with any third parties to ensure your personal data is protected from unauthorised use or disclosure.
